I am currently working alongside a world leading property consultancy, who are looking to add a Senior Surveyor or Associate to their experienced Valuation team in Birmingham. The team you will be joining carry out a variety of valuation projects across Birmingham, including: large residential developments sites, residential blocks, and high-end residential properties. These are primarily for loan security purposes on behalf of lenders and clearing banks, however, you will also be involved in investment portfolio fund valuations.

- Providing valuation advice to a range of clients
- Producing reports
- Undertaking Valuation calculations
- Mentoring junior staff
- Business development
Key skills and experience
- MRICS and Registered Valuer
- Valuation experience
- Residential development experience
- Experience using Argus Developer
- Attention to detail.
