We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified Property Professional to join and lead an established team within our Estates network. Who is customer focused and a team leader. You will deliver exciting and varied estate surveying programmes, services and professional advice across all customers, including advice to senior officers on the management of MOD Establishments.

Job Description

The DIO Senior Estate Surveyor Role is responsible to the Military Heads of Establishment for property related management including; negotiations to grant and acquire new lease agreements, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and any other property related agreements.

You will provide information and advice on MOD estate rationalisation opportunities, identifying disposal opportunities.

The MOD Estate is wide and varied including military establishments, historic buildings, listed buildings, and commercial tenants. The role will also include working on national estate management related projects as directed.
