Quantity Surveyor / Construction Economiste - French speaking

THE ROLE

I am seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Construction Economiste to join a firm of construction consultants / PQS working in Grenoble, France.

You will support a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a range of tasks.

You will need to speak fluent French and have good English too.

You will be involved in all pre and post contract duties including pre-contract estimating, procurement, contract administration, cost reporting, final account resolution etc.

THE COMPANY

My client is a firm of construction consultants with several UK offices plus offices across the E.U.

They provide clients both with cost management and project management services.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Construction Economiste who has a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or similar subject and be keen to join a firm of PQS who will support you to become chartered with the RICS.

Ideally you will have done pre and post contract work including taking off, dealing with contracts, clauses etc.

Fluent French is essential and someone with good English is preferred.

Salary is very negotiable according to experience but probably in the region of c. Euro 40000 to 60000 per annum plus bonus etc.
