Large £470m high-end mixed-use development + other luxury hotel schemes.

If you are looking to work on large, exciting projects and you have an interest in the hotel sector then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

You would be working with a specific Partner at a Teir 1 consultancy, this Partner is a great guy and would be a pleasure to work for, his staff retention is unbelievable and its credit to him for creating the culture that he has - he specialises in the delivery of hotels and mixed-use schemes in and around London from £100m - £500m

There are a mix of projects at pre contract stage that are confidential but to give you an idea of a project he has on site right now, the project is the conversion of a listed property into a luxury hotel and prime residential establishment, this would include penthouse apartment suites along with a large leisure facility worth around £470m. The project is at post contract stage using a JCT contract – probably 12 months left and you would have an opportunity to be a part of this + be involved in other exciting developments.

The Partner is looking for someone with strong pre and post contact experience with a track record of team management – you would be expected to manage a team of 4 as a minimum – hotels experience is not essential, but it would be beneficial.

This is an office-based role with regular site visits, flexibility to work from home when needed.
