Their team in the North West is growing and they’re looking for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join their expanding offices and assist with the next stage of their growth. The Role
 
Primarily you’ll be responsible for commercial valuations across the North West and will have a keen sense for networking and ambition to develop the company’s portfolio in the area.
 
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Valuer to take the next step and develop their career. The organisation are great believers in progression and this position has a clear and defined path ahead of it.
 
 
The Person
 
The successful individual will have the ability to manage, develop and motivate team members and will hold excellent organisational and time management skills. They will also demonstrate high awareness and concern for customer service requirements and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and within specific agreed fees.
 
The successful individual will ideally have a minimum of 3 – 5 years post qualification experience in commercial property and will be MRICS / FRICS qualified along with a member of the RICS Registered Valuer scheme.
