Commercial Valuation Surveyor

The Company
 
Joshua Robert Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a prominent firm of chartered surveyors with offices within the East and West Midlands, and South East regions. They have an interesting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join their established and growing consultancy team in Oxfordshire.
 
 
The Role
 
The business provide valuations to a broad client base including lenders, pension funds and charities. An understanding of these sectors and a varied experience of valuation would be an advantage.
 
The role will involve managing client relationships, providing fee quotes and managing workload in order to meet deadlines and work as part of a team. The work will require some travel throughout the country, including London.
 
 
The Person
 
The successful individual will ideally be a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in valuation of commercial property.
 
This would be an ideal opportunity for a surveyor who has the ability to develop and grow the department and provide leadership in this area of work.
