Interim Acquisitions and Disposals Surveyor - East Midlands- £45p/hr - 6 Month contract

I'm currently working with a East-Midlands based local authority who are looking to get an Acquisitions and Disposals Surveyor to join the council on a 6-Month Contract. This role can be predominantly worked from home with visits to the office once or twice a month.

Skills and Experience 

- Experience managing Property Disposals.
- Experience of delivering a successful disposal programme

- Knowledge of property auctions and private treaty.
- Experience of property valuation and the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Public Sector Experience is essential.
- Registered Valuer is Advantageous
- Must be RICS registered
