Job Details

A leading Property Consultancy with a close knit Quantity Surveying division are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, preferably with office fit out experience, and looking to achieve MRICS.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall be based out of the London office (with some home working) where you will alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor on a myriad of office/commercial fit out projects across the city.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in the investor market, carry out pre and post contract work on new build and low rise residential, and also some development monitoring.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An ideal opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor working on their APC diary and eager to take more of a lead on fast paced projects.

  • Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • 2 or more years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Background withing a PQS/Consultancy
  • Fit out project experience
