Associate/Partner - Compulsory Purchase

Our client is one of the UK's leading property consultancies operating on an international scale providing commercial property advice in all sectors to a wide range of high net-worth clients. This firm operates at the highest level of service for its clients and stakeholders and operates in over 60 countries in the world.

Your new role
You will be joining the Statutory Valuations team within the firm's high-end Central London office. You will be carrying out commercial valuations for tax purposes for a range of public sector and infrastructure clients across the UK. You will be offering expert Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) advisory services to help clients deliver high-calibre infrastructure and regeneration projects. You carry out regular site inspections as well as pursuing business development opportunities to help expand the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Qualified ideally with 3+ years' PQE
• Varied experience within Statutory Valuations from a client-side or consultancy background
• Ability to advise on CPOs for a range of clients
• Business Development experience

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £50,000 and £70,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance
