Associate Director Building Surveying - Surrey

The building surveying team is 4 strong, made up of 1 director, 1 associate, 1 chartered buildings surveyor, and a graduate. They are based in the historic town of Godalming, with offices in London, Waterloo, and Newcastle, operating with clients on a local, national and international basis.

The role would suit a senior chartered building surveyor or associate, who enjoys being client-facing and has TDD, monitoring and project experience. You will work closely with the shareholding director to identify new opportunities, keeping existing business and team management.

The person they are looking for will be MRICS with experience in dealing with commercial and private clients. You will have experience in managing large and complex projects and are confident in client-facing situations.

• Salary up to £70,000
