Job Details

Due to expansion, an innovative and multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham are now seeking a confident and well-presented Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is a position will suit a Graduate Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree and preferably some industry experience.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be providing various Building Surveying services to their clients, although initially the appointed candidate will be actively involved in the delivery of a large, fast paced hotel refurbishment project program.

This consultancy will offer full APC support and clear path through the business to accelerate your personal and professional progression.

The successful Building Surveyor?

  • Degree educated in Building Surveying or equivalent experience
  • Keen to become MRICS chartered
  • Some industry experience preferrable
  • A confident communicator
  • Be well-presented and client-facing
  • Self-starter attitude
