Job Details

The Quantity Surveying Director of a Property Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with Associate Director potential, to join him and build up a portfolio of clients.

Based out of the consultancy's London office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work autonomously on significant projects within the logistics and warehouse sector.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor, alongside carrying out a traditional quantity surveying role, will also act as an Employer's Agent on design and build schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking something different, more independence, and the opportunity to move into an Associate Director position.

  • Logistics, warehouse, or shed project experience
  • Senior or Associate level Quantity Surveyor
  • Comfortable producing cost plans
  • Any employers agent experience is a bonus, but not necessary
