Building Surveyor – Associate Director
Belfast
Leading construction & property consultancy has a requirement for a Building Surveyor at Associate Director level to join as a senior member of the business taking responsibility for managing the delivery of a range of building surveying services, managing customer relationships and managing and coordinating the activities of all other member of the Building Surveying team allocated to projects for which they are responsible.
Managing Building Surveying commissions to include surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, renovations, and maintenance works – from feasibility through to design, contract administration to handover and post completion reviews.
