Interim Registered Valuer - North Yorkshire - £50 per hour - 6 Month contract

I'm currently working with a North Yorkshire based local authority who are looking to get an Acquisitions and Disposals Surveyor to join the council on a 6-Month Contract. This role can be predominantly worked from home with visits to the office once or twice a month.

Skills and Experience 

- Must be a RICS Registered Valuer

- The majority of the role will be focused on red book valuations on commercial property but you may also be asked to carry out some day to day estates management work which would include rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord & tenant and lease re gears.
- Public Sector Experience is advantageous for this role but not mandatory
