Senior Building Surveyor MRICS/MCIOB - Kent

An independent multi-discipline practice in Kent is looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor. My client is a forward thinking organisation who has a vibrant and modern culture. The organisation operates across the commercial, residential and education sectors.

We are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor who has proven project experience, you will deliver multiple schemes from inception to completion. The role is to support the Partner in the team with several programmes across Kent. Project values range from £200k - £3million. Responsibilities include; contract administration, project management, planned maintenance programmes, employers agent and schedules of condition.

The firm has always adopted a flexible working policy as they value having a healthy work to life balance. Surveyors are operating 2/3 days from home. The building surveying team are a friendly and sociable bunch. A motivated team of professionals who are invested in their craft and pay close attention to detail.
