Chartered Building Surveyor

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for Chartered Building Surveyor at Senior, Associate or Associate Director level to join a prestigious, international firm of multi disciplinary consultants in central London.

They are particularly seeking candidates who have a lot of experience of professional duties including dilapidations and / or technical due diligence.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a large international firm of construction and property consultants.

Their offices in central London are of the highest quality offering an in house cafe and top grade work environment.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Building Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified.

You will be from senior level through to associate or associate director.

You should be working either for another firm of building surveying consultants or with a multi-displinary firm of consultants.

You will need to have experience of professional duties in particular with good experience of dilapidations and / or technical due diligence.

At senior level you should be able to manage less senior surveyors and mentor those working towards APC.

You should have good client facing skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

Salary is from £55000 up to £65000 per annum plus car allowance, pension, bonus and a number of other large company benefits.
