Senior Quantity Surveyor (Claims & Disputes)

Peace Recruitment has an exciting rare vacancy for an Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager for a growing Claims & Dispute's firm in Edinburgh.

Our client is very well-known in this market, they have an outstanding reputation and are the 'go to' company for their professional advisors to represent multi-national main contractors, specialist and small sub contractors and public sector organisations alike. Our client provides expert advice from contract difficulty with Covid-19 related matters to payment disputes to complex final accounts to formal resolution processes to adjudication. 

Our client would like to speak with candidates ideally from a main contracting/sub contractor background but open to candidates from a private practice environment. They would like you to have experience of drafting contracts/sub-contracts, working knowledge of the payment processes in construction contracts is essential and claims preparation will be an advantage. There will be ongoing expert training and development from this company, there is no 'glass ceiling' here.

• Salary £50,000 to £60,00 depending on your experience
