Head of Property - East Midlands - £600p/day

I'm working with an East Midlands based local authority who are looking for an interim Head of Estates to join the council on a 6-month contract.

Skills and responsibilities - 

- Management of the Estates team - Leading a team of Surveyors, Manage a backlog of work,

- Managing Strategic Projects - Deliver a comprehensive property strategy for the council property portfolio

- RICS registered 

- Experience in General Estates Management - Landlord and Tenant, Lease Renewals.

- Experience of management in Local Authorities
