The Requirements:

A relevant degree or proven consultancy experience in Building Surveying & MRICS, MCIOB statusA comprehensive and an up-to-date knowledge of Building Surveying including dilapidations and party wall mattersEffective communication skills across a range of contactsKnowledge of NBS building softwareAdvanced knowledge of contract administrationYou will have team management experience and be able to demonstrate leadership competenciesExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office including MS project

The Principal Building Surveyor will be:
