CDM Adviser - Exeter

Permanent opportunity for a constriction design management specialist to join an Exeter property consultancy

You will join an award winning and renowned property consultancy specialising in building surveying, property compliance and delivery of major capital projects and town centre regeneration schemes. You will be joining a company who are passionate about supporting professional development, providing services for clients across both the public and private sector.

Your new role
As a CDM Adviser you will help to effectively control capital projects under CDM regulations and legislation for construction and engineering projects. You will assist in the provision of professional CDM advice, ensuring projects comply with health & safety legislation, this could include producing pre-tender health & safety plans.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have have an HNC or HND in a building related discipline, and you will ideally be working towards achieving chartered status (association of project safety).

What you'll get in return
