RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR – BIRMINGHAM
Woodhouse Property Recruitment is excited to have partnered with a progressive global property consultancy, who after experiencing significant growth, are looking to add a Residential Valuation Surveyor to their team in Birmingham.
The team you join undertake valuations for a variety of clients including regional residential developers, high-street lenders and public authorities. Experience working with such clients would be beneficial, as you will complete development appraisals, loan security valuations and investment valuations. You will further be given personal development opportunities, managing clients and your own work load as you look to progress your career.

Skills and Requirements
- RICS Registered Valuer
