A unique opportunity has arisen for an Associate Building Surveyor to an independent real estate firm in the capital. My client is arguably of London's most vibrant and dynamic practices. A market leading organisation who dominates the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join the prime residential surveying team. The division is currently managing a prestigious portfolio in Zone 1 & 2. You will support the Partner with several multi million-pound schemes along with stakeholder management. Other responsibilities include overseeing a small team of junior surveyors and assisting with business development.

This is the ideal role for an aspiring Associate who is looking to take the next steps in their career. You will be offered the firms structured support through numerous personal and training programmes which encourage full Partnership promotion.
