Carriera are recruiting for an independent, privately owned consultancy that have been operating for the past 10 years with a team of 18 people currently. They offer building surveying, cost management and project management services.

About the client:

The client's main sectors that they work in are commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial and residential (high end & later living). The opportunity has arisen for either a project manager or a senior project manager to join the team due to a promotion within the team off the back of increased and successful workload. The candidate would be supporting the associate project manager in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects within the sectors above.

About you:

Ideally the client is looking for someone who is chartered with the RICS, IOB or APM. The client would look to take someone on with at least 3 years experience in a similar role previously or if you have a building or quantity surveying background.
