A busy University client in South London is on the lookout for a Project Manager to assist with their Capital Plan. The plan will consist of a few large projects up to the value of £1 Million and a wide variety of minor projects including:
- cladding
- fire alarm
- Major refurbishments
The chosen candidate will sort the project plans and processes and oversee the delivery. They must have:
- demonstrable experience in managing capital projects up to the value of £1 million
- demonstrable examples of projects being delivered on time on budget
- a University/NHS background desirable but not essential.
