Beach Baker are delighted to be working with a leading international property firm for the role of Investment Analyst.

This role is to join the Operational Capital Markets division, working in the Pan-European team. The successful candidate will be dealing in large scale development and investment transactions.

There will be frequent travel through Europe, this role would suit someone looking to develop a career within real estate capital markets.

You will:

Work and transact with institutional clients on existing and development opportunities

Research, analyse and present complex financial data

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in either, Property, Economics or Finance
  • MRICS qualification
  • Analytical and excel modelling
  • Languages would be a huge advantage
