Beach Baker are recruiting on behalf of an International Real Estate firm, looking to add a Chartered Surveyor - Valuer to their team in the Midlands.

This role is predominately for loan security purposes, covering both commercial and residential property.

You will be undertaking loan security valuations on behalf of the major lending organisations, mainly clearing banks and alternative lenders.

The types of properties valued include, investment, development and owner occupied.

This role will include:

  • Producing Red Book Valuation reports
  • Providing valuation advice to clients for loan security and accounts

You will be:

  • MRICS qualified
  • A min of 1-year PQE
  • Proficient in valuation software - Excel, Argus Developer and Enterprise
