Chartered Building Surveyor (Residential) - London

An independent building consultancy is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor. My client is an established consultancy based in the City, they operate across the commercial, residential and education sectors. The organisation manages an impressive client portfolio which includes Rolls Royce, Aviva and private developers.

We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the prime residential division. You will work on luxury apartments, mansion blocks and large estates across Zone 1 & 2. The team has recently secured several long-term instructions which has led to an opportunity arising.

This is a traditional building surveying role which focuses on projects, the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will lead schemes from inception to completion. You will deliver refurbishment and maintenance programmes across the capital. Project values range from £300k - £2million.
