This role will primarily lead on surveying repairs needed, management of contractors, service delivery and assurance of quality of work completed, for our responsive repairs and void works orders. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person who will ensure works are customer focussed and take responsibility to ensure our properties remain to a safe and high standard.
