Company

We are proudly collaborating with an industry leading global property business, seeking to hire a Residential Valuation Surveyor for a regional role based at either their Leeds or Manchester offices on a flexible working agreement.

The Role

Your role will see you conducting a wide variety of professional, secured lending instructions for high value build to rent properties to mid-lower grade stock in the North. Your workload will span from inspecting properties, producing reports, generating business and cross selling where appropriate.

About You

We are seeking a MRICS qualified Valuation Surveyor and a Registered Valuer from newly qualified level to Senior Surveyor with the desire to work on a varied residential remit which can range from shiny built-to-rent (BTR) assets in Manchester to barn conversions in a more rural capacity.

You will ideally have residential experience although we are willing to consider registered valuers with either commercial or alternative backgrounds looking to convert.

In turn you will receive a competitive salary, car allowance and annual bonus and the opportunity to work for a “best in class” operator in the ever buoyant BTR and residential valuation scene. You will have to opportunity to work from home / the road on 3 of 5 days per week if desired.

Make your next move exciting. Become a key part of a proven team who can help take your career to the next level. For more information please apply or contact me directly.
