Job Details
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Rural Surveyor is available with a highly respected rural surveying practice at Associate/Director level. Good career prospects are available for the right candidates with an opportunity to move towards taking equity in the business. This is a great chance to develop your career and be involved in shaping the future of a dynamic and driven company.
Based in Oxfordshire, the dedicated team offer an array of services including agricultural, commercial and residential disciplines, and therefore a wide variety of professional work is attained. The main focus of this position will be towards professional work rather than management.
Many of their clients have been with them for generations, a testament to the reputation and expertise of the firm. They are also working for a diverse range of new clients with interesting and demanding requirements. Whilst the majority of the clients are based in central southern England, they increasingly act for landowners nationwide.
Role requirements
You will be educated to degree level and be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ideally with Registered Valuer status.
Fellowship of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers is also preferable but not essential.
