Our Client: Nationwide network service provider undertaking digital infrastructure.

Projects: Telecommunications, Infrastructure Development and Commercial.

Company Headcount: 110 - 120

Role of the Quantity Surveyor:

Construction cost modellingProject budget preparationSub-contractor and supplier relationship managementTaking off and measurementCustomer project cost submission and approvalIn build cost controlFinal Account negotiation and agreementCustomer financial relationship managementPost-construction cost analysis

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

Experience of Building construction, Civil and structural engineering, Electrical installations, Construction programming, Construction contractual management, Cost controlTelecommunications industry desirable (but not essential)D365 suite software proficiency
