Building Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in Newcastle. Interested candidates must have a hunger to progress their career and will be part of a highly successful team with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

You will be joining a team of technical Building Surveyors and have the full support of hands on Directors and full APC support from an APC Assessor within the business.

Ideally you will be MRICS but my client will consider you if you have 5+ years experience and on the APC pathway.

Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

Assist with managing client relationships.Tender reportsSchedules of ConditionPreparing Schedules of Dilapidations and Schedules of ConditionFeasibility StudiesDefect Diagnosis Inspections

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

RICS accredited Building Surveying Degree at BSC (Hons) levelExcellent organisational, time management and IT skillsMinimum of 5 years practical experience is essential for this role if not MRICSExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA sound technical surveying knowledge

On offer for the Building Surveyor:

The starting salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.25 days annual leave plus public holidaysPensionRICS Fees and APC Support
