Job Details

A large, iconic Construction Consultancy provides a diverse range of construction consultancy services are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager, they will also consider Senior Project Managers who have sufficient experience to take the next step in their career.

You will be managing a team of Project Managers within their London office. Taking on the

responsibility for project delivery, business development and will have autonomy with

support across the practice.

You will manage existing Project Manager projects for both public and private sector clients including education, housing, student accommodation and development monitoring services.

The Associate Project Manager Role

Working on a variety of JCT and NEC contracts, so the Associate Project Manager will need experience on both.

Associate Project Manager Requirements

  • RICS accredited degree
  • 5 Years PQE Project Management experience
  • Articulate and ambitious
  • Ideally MRICS
