Our client are industry leaders delivering the full suite of consultancy services throughout the commercial, residential and rural sectors. With a network that extends globally, there is never a shortage of exciting projects nor clients, and as a result, they are now looking to grow the building surveyingteam in their Sheffield office.
The business has had tremendous success cross selling internally and due to new business. They currently have an opportunity in the commercial team, for an experienced or qualified building surveyor. The workload is mainly project led, delivering instructions up to the value of £2m.They also provide dilapidations advice, building surveys, TDD, and occasionally party wall advice.
Supporting the lead, this is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking for autonomy , responsibility who enjoys delivery.
The successful candidate will be MRICS / MCIOB or close to sitting their APC exam. You will be an influential communicator that is comfortable in client facing situations, that pays great attention to detail, who can maintain relationships. You will have demonstrable experience in delivering project and professional services and will have come from a commercial or high-end residential background.
In return, the business provides a solid basic salary up to £55,000 plus a generous bonus structure, pension, healthcare, discount offers and more.
