Your new company
Our client is one of the world's leading fashion companies operating in over 50 countries. The company's Expansion function is looking to bring on a Lease Manager to join the existing team of dynamic and ambitious team of professionals. The organisation leases, buys and maintains their own portfolio of stores and continuously follows up on the existing portfolio to ensure profitability, whether it be through adding new stores, or optimising the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
Your new role
You will be responsible for recommending and carrying out the expansion strategy for your own patch of the company's portfolio. After proposing a business case in terms of market strategy, location requirements, commercial idea and configuration of space, you will be negotiating to secure the best deal through the legal and construction process.
You will also be optimising and improving the existing portfolio through the negotiation of lease actions for existing stores (breaks, terminations, lease term, extensions, rent reductions), therefore a high level of communication is essential.

What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally MRICS Qualified
- Ideally 3+ years' PQE
- A good understanding of retail customer requirements
- Ideally transactional property experience
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
What you'll get in return
The ideal candidate will earn around £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
