My client is a long-standing building consultancy with a superb reputation in the public sector.
Over 30 years, they have sustained a great reputation for delivering building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, architecture and health & safety. By utilising their knowledge, and always thinking laterally across their range of disciplines. They add significant value to all that they do, which in turn has allowead them to receive the recognition they have.
Working closely with public sector organisations including schools, hospitals, local authorities and housing associations. Our client is seeking an experienced building surveyor, who can add value by maintaining key relationships and providing the best-valued solutions.
Day-to-day duties will be varied and made up of delivery / client-facing.
- Project work will include alterations, extensions, fit-outs, refurbs, maintenance, repairs and new build.
- Professional services include LTA’s, PPM’s, expert witness reports, building surveys, defect diagnosis and party wall.
The successful candidate will have a thorough and informed understanding of project and professional services and are diligent and strategic within their approach to work.
It is important that you are confident in providing advice and in client-facing situations and are a team player. You will be working alongside a small team of surveyors, where on occasion you will work collaboratively and sometimes assist APC graduates with their studies.
