Building Services Officer - Interim role - Client-side - 3-6 months initial work with likely extension
Your new company
As a Building Services Officer you will join an Exeter based landlord who are responsible for the management, maintenance and compliance of a varied range of operational buildings.
Your new role
You will help to deliver an effective programme of planned maintenance works, becoming the responsible person for all mechanical or electrical related issues across the building portfolio. Your role will involve working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure building compliance is in line with statutory regulations and is fit for purpose.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to poses relevant qualifications, which could include a HNC in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or chartered membership of IET. In order to be successful in this role you'll need be able to carry out some minor CAD work using AutoCAD.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an interim contract with duration of an initial 3 months, which is likely to extend beyond this point. You'll also receive a competitive hourly rate of pay calculated based on your skills and experience.
