Company Headcount: 2000 - 2500 Role of the Chartered Building Surveyor: Working across several regional projects in different sectors, providing a range of building surveying dutiesUsing and applying standard forms of building contract, such as JCT and NECUnderstanding the principles of quality, safety and the environment in survey, design and management of projects and portfoliosLine management, mentoring and training Junior Building Surveying staffSupporting the senior managers in their day-to-day activitiesCarrying out surveys, inspections, schedules, provide professional services and managing regional schemes Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor: A B.Sc.
