An exciting opportunity has arisen for Assistant Planners / Planners to join the Oxford office of a growing multi-disciplinary property partnership. The company has a number of regional offices, enabling them to service clients in England and Wales and provide high-quality advice on all aspects of residential, commercial, agricultural and planning matters.

You will be working with an established client base, and your role will involve dealing with planning applications and appeals, strategic planning and local plan representations, providing expert advice to clients, building and maintaining client relationships including regular client visits, development briefs, site appraisals, S106 agreements and business development.

You will ideally have a minimum of one year of experience within planning (either consultancy, client-side or local-authority). You should be able to hit the ground running and be a confident team player, although there will certainly be support when dealing with more complicated applications. You must have an RTPI-accredited degree and be motivated to complete your MRTPI chartership and progress within a forward-thinking firm.
