Monitoring Surveyor

A leading Construction and Property Consultancy with a national network of offices is looking to add a Fund / Bank Monitoring Surveyor to their busy Nottingham team, it is envisaged you will come in at Senior Surveyor level. With a strong pipeline of work coming in from funds and major banks, there is a need to add a further person to help service the demand. You will work on instructions across the Midlands.

They seek two types of candidate;

Firstly you may be an experienced Monitoring Surveyor already, and be looking to move to a more interesting opportunity with good prospects. 

Secondly you may be a chartered surveyor with limited experience in Monitoring, but you would like to specialise further and forge your career into this area. If this is you, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join and excellent team and to be a key part of its growth and development.
