Interim Estates Surveyor - 6 Month Contract - West Midlands

I'm currently working with a West Midlands based local authority who are looking to get an Estates Surveyor to join the council on a 6-Month Contract. This role can be predominantly worked from home with visits to the office once or twice a month.

Skills and Experience 

- Must be a RICS 

- The majority of the role will be focused on day to day estates management work which would include rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord & tenant and lease re gears.
- Public Sector Experience is advantageous for this role but not mandatory
