Our Client: Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Commercial, Industrial, Private Residential.

Company Headcount: 2000 - 2500

Role of the Senior Project Manager:

Draw upon a proven track record to lead commercial projects for or on behalf of local or national developers or public bodies.Continually strive to improve the business value proposition and develop knowledge and expertise within the teamHelp to develop new business opportunities and new service propositions whilst deepening key client understanding and relationships.Bid for new work, including preparing fee submission and written responsesCandidates are expected to come from either project management, cost consultancy or architectural backgrounds.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:

Proven track record to manage projects for or on behalf of local or national clients - both private and public sectorNew build project experience is essential and major refurbishment experience preferred.Some experience of residential property would be usefulChartered with RICS, ICE, RIBA or similarAssist in business development and/or account management activitiesParticipate in marketing and thought leadership campaigns
