You will be from approaching chartered status with the RICS or you will already be fully MRICS qualified.

You will become involved in working closely with many financial institutions on a wide variety of construction projects across many sectors.

Duties will include site visits, risk management, report writing, due diligence and client advisory services.

THE CLIENT

My client is a successful firm of construction consultants with a number of UK and overseas offices providing quantity surveying, project management, plus specialist services including monitoring services for banks, financial institutions and developers.

They work on construction projects across most sectors including hotels, offices, industrial buildings, residential, mixed use, regeneration, infrastructure, healthcare etc.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be Quantity Surveyor working in a PQS environment.

You will be from almost chartered with the RICS to already fully chartered at more senior level.

My client does not require previous experience acting as a monitoring surveyor if you are seeking a change of role from your current PQS position.
