Your New Company
This consultancy has a healthy pipeline of commercial building surveys and projects across the North. They have a great reputation in the industry for high standards of work and investment in people. They are looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team in Leeds and manage a workload.

Your New Role
You will be carrying out a variety of surveys such as: dilapidation, condition, party wall and acquisitions. You will create in depth reports, schedules of work and manage any projects which arise from surveys and the Property Management team. You will maintain client relationships by providing professional advice, managing expectations and regular communication. You may be expected to support Graduates, taking them on surveys or developing their knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS Building Surveyor who is capable of managing their own survey and project workload. You will have a strong background in commercial property and the ability to write detailed reports. You will also have excellent client relationship skills which allow you to cross sell the business and secure future work.
