European Advisory - Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

My world-renowned client is looking to add a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to their European Valuation team based in London. The successful candidate will form part of a team of 5, working closely with 2 Directors, 1 AD and an Analyst. The majority of time will be spent generating, coordinating and managing pan European valuation assignments for a variety of clients to include International Lenders, Investors and REITs.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients to secure instructions and prepare engagement letters
• Coordinating local teams across the European network (including UK)
• Working alongside the Directors within the team for the management of the regular contracted fund valuation work, as well as one-off mandates for loan security purposes
• Adopting tools to provide market leading outputs for clients
• There is the opportunity for European travel to meet with local teams and to occasionally inspect assets

Experience/Skill set

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status
• Experience of working in a client facing valuation role
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise and knowledge of discounted cash flows
• Willingness to work outside of comfort zone
• Precise work ethic, with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
• Focused and organised
