This is one of the most reputable companies in its field and it is growing its currently small Real Estate Valuations team.

Your new role
You will join an exciting small team within the comfort of a large organisation undertaking real estate valuations. The role primarily entails assessing 3rd party RICS valuations for year end audit purposes. The work itself can be fascinating as it is so broad in nature covering traditional and alternative asset classes from Offices & Retail to Infrastructure & Care Homes with no two weeks being the same.

Day to day you will be be assessing RICS Red Book Valuations for financial reporting purposes, compiling reports for the internal audit teams and undertaking a high degree of analytical focussed work within a fast-paced environment.

You will be reporting to the Head of Real Estate Valuations which forms part of the Valuations & Modelling (V&M) team within the firm. The successful candidate will hit the ground running managing their own assignments and work load with a high degree of autonomy. The internal valuation reviews are undertaken on a desktop basis covering all 5 RICS methods of valuation on behalf of a variety of clients from FTSE 100, Prop' Co's, REIT's, & local authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

• RICS qualified with a minimum of 2yrs PQE
• Preferably a Registered Valuer although this is not required.
• Relevant degree and experience of having worked within real estate valuations.
• You will have a thorough understanding of real estate valuations together with respective software packages.
• A confident and highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and an ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
