Woodhouse Property Recruitment have joined up with a niche independent consultancy to assist them grow their specialist development team. Following recent business wins, this consultancy is expanding their team by adding a development surveyor. This opportunity is ideal for a commercial surveyor looking to grow their career and receive the training and mentorship transfer into a development role.

Working as part of this team, you will gain consultancy and transactional experience covering viability, appraisals, development solutions, and disposals. The projects include both residential and commercial developments, predominately on behalf of public body authorises and public investment funds.
