Description

• Establish client requirements, prepare feasibility studies either in-house or via an appointed consultant and develop design / tender documentation
• Manage the design, budgets and construction processes for all assigned construction projects and approve release of staged payments to contractors and consultants. Certify project completion and final payments.
• Advise on the appointment of consultants and contractors to achieve the best outcomes
• Assist in the development of post contract control mechanisms to ensure timely project delivery

Profile

• A degree in project management or a construction related discipline and working towards a chartered professional status (APM, MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent).
• Demonstrable track record in project management and experience in delivering full life-cycle projects
• Experience of managing contractors and multi-disciplinary consultant teams and other stakeholders on project strategy, programmes, budgets and outputs.
