APC Building Surveyor - Winchester

A UK top 150 Consultancy is looking to strengthen their building their team with the addition of an APC Building Surveyor. My client is arguably one of the most dominant practices in Winchester, they pride themselves in delivering accurate construction advice across the built environment.

The firm boasts over 92 professionals working across the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. They manage an impressive client portfolio which includes Rolls Royce, Ascot Race Course and Red Bull Racing. The building surveying team are over twenty five strong, due to continued success and organic growth an opportunity has arisen for an APC Building Surveyor to join the team.

This is a generic building surveying role that offers exposure across the professional and project disciplines. You will support an experienced APC councilor with the delivery of several longterm schemes. Projects range from £100k - £2million. Other responsibilities include contract administration, project management, reinstatement cost assessments and planned maintenance programmes.

We are looking for an ambitious APC Building Surveyor who has the appetite to progress their career. You will be offered a structured training programme which delivers a clear path to full Partnership status.
