Senior Valuation Surveyor / Associate Director - Mixed Residential & Commercial – Hybrid / Flexible Working
A small – medium sized independent property consultancy with an impressive reputation across the south of the country is looking to add an experienced valuation surveyor to the team of 6, acting as a number two to the Head of Valuation with a genuine opportunity to lead in the near future.
Your role will see you completing both residential and commercial valuations for loan security purposes, working for bank and lending institutions as well as private work. the team covers London (using the m25 as a radius).
As a wider business, they provide consultancy services across residential and commercial valuation, general practice, building surveying, commercial agency, lease advisory and asset management.
The head office is in the Thames Valley region. While this would be your base, 75% of the team have worked remotely long before the pandemic which has gone a long way to creating a grown up and autonomous working culture. The general expectation is to come in fortnightly or for meetings.
We are looking for a go-getter with the desire to grow quickly within the team and business as a whole. The current head of valuation is looking to step back in the short-medium term, therefore an appetite to win business is a huge plus but not essential.
As a senior valuation surveyor, you will need to be a registered valuer, have prior fee earning experience and have access to a vehicle.
